All India Tour continues with day three. We left Nashik early after a late arrival the night before and started the ride toward Gujarat and the Statue of Unity. A bit of off-road leaving the vineyard, village traffic, helmetless riders everywhere, and long stretches of busy Maharashtra roads before crossing into Gujarat. The change in road quality was unbelievable. Smooth curves, mountain views, fast sections, and some of the best riding so far.
Strawberry stop on the roadside, reading comments about the 28 states challenge, talking about touring life, vlogging daily, and why this trip feels like being on tour again. First impressions of Gujarat were incredible until the last hour, which turned into one of the worst broken roads we’ve had so far. Night riding, full beams, potholes, cows, trucks, and chaos all the way to the hotel near the Statue of Unity. Ended the day with 337 km, steady riding, simple roads, and excited to finally see the Statue of Unity in the morning.
