A Bolas appointed ally has infiltrated the ranks of the policing and judicial branch of Ravnica. They will let Nicol Bolas rule over all! Yet who could this possibly be? Its a Planeswalker we have seen before on Kaladesh, but it may come as a surprise to some of you. Who will now lead the Azorius as Bolas plans his next move? YOU WONT BELIEVE IT. Its Dovin Baan - the inspector general of the Consulate on Kaladesh. He was once allies with Tezzeret and company and has a rigid view of the law. A perfect pawn in the Azorius.
