We packed up the Jayco, loaded the boat, and headed to Shallow Inlet for a few days of proper family camping. Between setting up camp, chasing fish in the inlet, and cooking up an epic Polynesian ground hangi and a slow-cooked lamb stew, this trip had it all — food, laughs, chaos, and plenty of rods in the water.
