Today I pay tribute to the herb Tarragon. Tarragon Is an herb I've been trying to start in my garden for the past few years with little success but I have a plant in pot that looks promising. Tarragon is best known for Sauce Bearnaise but my Tarragon Cream sauce is a favorite in my house.
Ingredients
1 Tablespoon Shallot
1 Clove Garlic
2 Tablespoons Tarragon
1 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Chicken Stock, Substitute White Wine
Salt and pepper
Additional flavors: Chilies, Lemon Juice
