📈 Months of Inventory (Single-family/townhomes):
• Naples Park: ↓ 17.4 → 14 months
• Estero: ↓ 7.8 → 6.7 months
• Cape Coral: 7.8 months
• Naples overall: ↓ 11 → 9.3 months
This is crucial: months of supply dictates how fast a home sells and for how much.

💰 Average Sale Prices (May 2025)
• Estero: $654K
• Naples Park: $667K
• Cape Coral: $375K
