"Night Flight"

Описание: On this original tune, my goal was to combine upbeat Japanese style pop with a big doomy riff, and emphasize melody. There are 4 other guitar tracks behind the lead part in the video, plus bass. My Les Paul and SG were tracked at edge of breakup, (both on their neck pickups) then some higher gain crunch from my Butterscotch strat and Ibanez Prestige AR2000- split left and right like the cleaner guitars. I really like how the fuzz holds the mix together in both sound and vibe.

The guitar in the video is a Grassroots that is most like a Zemaitis, but has obvious influence from Gibson and Fender, with Gibson scale length and Fender style bolt on neck and neck angle. It also has a Floyd Rose, (there's not a lot of 24.75" scale Floyd equipped guitars out in the wild.) which I have blocked into a set bridge in this video. The guitar also has no fret markers in the board, which adds a Buckethead styling to give the oddball guitar even more charm. I have so many guitars I love, that this one doesn't get played as much as it deserves, but it rocks...
