RiceARoni Salad
I box Chicken RiceARoni. substitute olive oil for butter.
stir rice/vermicelli in skillet with olive oil over med heat. Add 3/4 curry OR MORE depending on your taste buds
stir til golden.
add 2 1/2 c HOT water that you stirred Seasoning Packet into.
cover and reduce heat. cook 15 minutes
chill once cooked
2 jars marinated artichoke hearts( reserve liquid)
1/2 cup chpd bell pepper
1/2 cup chpd green olives
4 sliced spring onions
stir into cold rice
1/3 cup mayonnaise with half of marinade. mix and add to rice.
chill.
you may add curry invidually to each serving for curry lovers.
