Motu Patlu sedang terbang dalam mobil Dr. Jhatka ketika tiba-tiba mobil mereka terjatuh dalam hutan yang lebat. Hutan tersebut berisi pohon-pohon yang dapat bicara. Motu dan Patlu bersama dengan teman-teman mereka membantu para pohon dengan menyelamatkan mereka dari sebuah pohon besar yang menyusahkan semua orang dan akhirnya meninggalkan hutan tsb.
