As a trainer and nomad, finding good gyms are important to me not only for my career but for my routine as well. When I found out southern Phuket (Rawai, Naii Harn, Chalong) is known for being a fitness and wellness hub, I knew I had to do a "gym tour" I had to explore all the gyms! So in this video I'm taking you with me and telling you what my favorites are!
