アメリカツアー中、見上げるほどのサボテンがそびえる広大な砂漠を訪れ、日本で見られぬ光景を前にした当時の感動。異国の旅をテーマに、海を越えて見知らぬ地を冒険するわくわく感を曲にしました。
コロナ禍にファンの方との繋がりを求め「募集したタイトルで作曲をする」という企画から生まれた一曲。

During a tour in the U.S., I visited a vast desert with towering cacti, and was moved by the sight that I could not see in Japan. With the theme of exotic travel, I wrote a song about the excitement of adventuring across the sea to a strange land.
This song was born out of a project in which we asked the Corona Disaster to connect with fans and “compose a song based on a title we had solicited.

志多らは、花祭りの里、奥三河の豊かな自然に囲まれながら、和太鼓の演奏活動をしています。
国内外のツアーを中心に、各種イベントでの演奏、学校の芸術鑑賞会、ワークショップの開催や、和太鼓・篠笛の指導など、様々な活動を行っています。
また、国の重要無形民俗文化財の東栄町東薗目「花祭り」に「志多ら舞」を奉納しています。
第一回東京国際和太鼓コンテスト、組太鼓部門（2002年）で最優秀賞を受賞しました。

Shidara is located in Toei,a tiny town in the beautiful mountainous region of Japan called Okumikawa.Shidara is a professional taiko team preserving the waning folk traditions of Japan through song,music and dance.
In 2002,they entered the First Annual International Tokyo Kumi-daiko Contest,and were awarded first prize.
