Описание: I live in a small community in the Sierra Nevada mountains. There are no stores or services here, other than local trades people, and others commute.

I purchased the original town site that was a gold mining town started in 1850. The property has a 3 acre lake and 1 acre pond. It is beautiful, but that is another story.

I did some local work for a a carpenter I met. He's a great guy, him and his wife and kids are awesome people! He's wife was a Navy Shore Patrol [law enforcement of the Navy]. She didn't arrest me for anything, that was good! And she was happy with the job done!

So, this video talks about how I am dealing with covid, and inviting other like minded people to build in my community, the original gold mining town, two other parcels that I am developing. There will be shared livestock and farming. This will come in handy in the event of economic collapse due to covid. We, being my future neighbors that buy my real estate development parcels, will share resources that I own, which, btw, includes about 10 million gallons of appropriative water rights that I have a license for. The 3 parcels, one with an existing 2500 square foot home located 1.5 miles away, will have access to a portion of my land next to the community park with the community lake. This is contiguous to the park / pond, but private for only us! Now that's Justus! So, join me! Inquiries are being considered now.
