Lena and Stef are going through a tough time, and Monte in the mix only makes things worse.
Monte is a cool boss/confidante. She's calm, accepting, honest, and fair. (We find her hot and adorable.) Too bad she's caught in this mess. However, I may not speak for all Monte fans when I say I still don't want to see her become a true homewrecker. If that ever happens, I'll be buried under a rubble that used to be her pedestal.
