Sorry, guys. I said 8 weeks in the video instead of 8 days.
1. Do your research about melanoma, benign or cancerous moles.
2. When you're sure that your moles aren't cancerous, you can go ahead and try this method using a cotton bud/swab soaked in acv. Dab the acv-soaked cotton bud gently on your mole avoiding the surrounding skin.
3. I did it once a day. Just 5-15 minutes depending on my pain tolerance and stop when I could feel a burning sensation; no washing off.
I did this routine for 8 days. This video was my 8th day.
If you are really doubtful about the characteristic of the mole, it's always better to go to a certified doctor. Using ACV is just a cheap and risky DIY method.
