To know the answer to these questions, let us look towards a peace agreement. Which was called "Agreement for Bringing Peace" in English language. It was decided in the agreement that the US and NATO countries would withdraw their forces from Afghanistan within 14 months. The condition was also kept in the agreement that the Taliban would have to strictly follow the guidelines of the agreement. The Taliban themselves have said that they will not allow al-Qaeda or any other radical group to operate in areas under their control. After the capture of Kabul on 15 August 2021, the Taliban had reiterated their point of view. But there is another side to these claims of the Taliban – the Taliban may claim to stay away from Al Qaeda, but they have not publicly rejected Al Qaeda.
