How to install an Adjustable Extension Handlebar Tube on your Himiway E-Bike

Описание: Do your fingers begin to go numb and your wrists hurt when riding your bike for a long ride? Raise your handlebar 3 inches by installing this Adjustable Extension Tube. What a difference!
Feedback on the Adjustable Stem: I did not torque the screw that holds the stem at the proper angle for me. After a long 15 mile ride, the stem actually loosened up. I had to retighten the single screw that holds the adjustment. I will torque the screw and see if it loosens again.

Possible Solutions (I will update this with additional info once I do more testing):
-Torque to proper torque using a bike torque wrench
-Add a lock washer
-Add Blue Loctite to the threads (don't want to do this)
-Buy a different adjustable stem
