A lot has happened in my life recently, and I felt it was finally time to open up about it. From one of the scariest experiences of my life, being kidnapped, to making the decision to go bald, and everything in between... this year has changed me in ways I never expected.

In this video, I'm sharing my story, what really happened, how it affected me mentally, and the lessons I learned from it all. Life can change in a moment, and sometimes the hardest experiences teach us the most.
