Ingredients: (Makes 12 slices / pastries)
For roulade / roll cake:
5 eggs (room temperature)
75 g / 5 tbsp granulated sugar
75 g / 5 tbsp all purpose flour
A pinch of salt
200 - 250 g / 0.55 lbs. raspberry jam
A little bit of cooking oil to grease the parchment paper
For the top:
12 peach halves (canned, drained)
200 ml / 0.9 cups whipping cream (at least 30% fat; cold)
80 g / 0.7 cups powdered sugar
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius / 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 - 15 min
