As per the latest breaking news coming from Jammu & Kashmir, it is being reported that ED has filed Supplementary Chargesheet against Farooq Abdullah in Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association Fund scam.
As per sources, the Supplementary Chargesheet had been filed by ED under PMLA, 2002 before the Special PMLA Court in Srinagar against National Conference chief Farooq Abdullah & others on 4th June. Following this, the Court has now taken cognizance of the complaint and issued notices to the accused persons for appearance before the Court on 27th August.
