Thien Nguyen has been accused of potentially lying or at least rules lawyering when he knows darn well what his opponent actually intended. Plus his opponent, Cesar Segovia, isn't a native English speaker. Thien is having a hard time over it, guys, so while he finds a safe space where everyone loves him and unicorns fart rainbows, try not to jump to conclusions...or do because it's really clear what happened.
By the way, any references in this video to the previous part 1 video occurring at a Pro Tour was an accident. I meant to say SCG Open.
