As a certified carthorse with no trace of a fast-twist fibre in my entire body, for me to break the 2:10 marathon barrier something drastic has got to be done. Speedwork is my kryptonite so how about we jump straight in the deep end… by trying to keep up with an Olympian in the1500m. Can I survive training with Japan’s only professional track team whose unorthodox methods are breaking all the rules of traditional Japanese running. Jheeez we’re in for a banger today!
