I really don’t like the current ticket bleed system. In my opinion, the ticket bleed speed should depend on the battle duration. It should be much slower during the first 10 minutes and then gradually speed up.
The problem is that if ticket bleed is too fast, battles can end in just 6-7 minutes when one team ignores the zones. Since the whole RP system is designed around the time your vehicle is alive, you can get ridiculously low RP from such battles.
Even with 11 kills, which is roughly one kill every 37 seconds, the game calculated my activity at only 77%. That’s because the battle was too short, so my rewards were reduced by 23% due to 'low activity'. On top of that, every additional second in the battle gives you more RP.
I would really prefer if the system were set so that it’s impossible to win a battle before the 10-minute mark just through ticket bleed.
