Just 30 minutes from Bern, and suddenly everything changes: lake views, vineyards, a medieval castle, quiet streets, and one of the most beautiful small towns in Switzerland.
In this video, I spend a few peaceful hours walking through Spiez — from the panoramic viewpoint near the station, down to the lake promenade, along the harbor, up to the historic castle, and back through the town.
A short trip that easily feels much bigger than the distance on the map.
