Sistema di intercettazione reti gas a bassa pressione con palloni da DN 3” a DN 12” pressione fino a 300 mbar
Il sistema permette l’intercettazione del gas in bassa pressione su tubazioni in acciaio, ghisa e polietilene in assoluta sicurezza. Oltre a consentire l’inserimento agevolato da tubi guida offre molteplici vantaggi:
Nessuna fuoriuscita di gas
Operazioni di inserimento ed estrazione del pallone senza pericolo di rottura con bava di taglio della fresa, specialmente su acciaio
Fodera del pallone scorre su superfici perfettamente lisce impedendo ogni rottura
Possibilità di introdurre un pallone per lato per maggiore sicurezza
Possibilità di inserire acqua tra i palloni per creare la guardia idraulica su tubazioni in acciaio

The system allows the interception of the gas in low pressure pipes, steel, iron and polyethylene in absolute safety. Besides allowing the inclusion facilitated by guide tubes offers multiple advantages:
No gas leaking
Operations of insertion and extraction of the gas bags without the danger of breakage of the cutter with the cutting burr, especially on steel
Lining of the gas bags slides on perfectly smooth surfaces preventing any break
Possibility to introduce a ball to the side for added security
Possibility to add water between the balloons to create the hydraulic seal of steel pipes
Rugged yet lightweight and easy to handle
Use polyethylene and cast iron fittings easily available in the market
