The title was and still is a nice reaggy from the pen of Dave, who used to be in a trio with Joe and Jean-Marc before Reiner joined them. I had liked the relaxed rhythm for a long time. Frank Skiba mixed us with his PA and a certain Nick Davis was there as stage mixer. I was later to do a lot of things together with Nick, the stage mixer and bass player. His girlfriend Gerda also made music with me and a few other musicians for a while. A trio with Wolfgang Bahr on guitar, with whom I had rehearsed the previous year with the band "Hot Stuff" in the Carlshütte, played in front of us. During the concert, before we played as a second band, I thought more about the past years. In addition to Amfilada Music, I also practised with Volker Ilgen at Eb's Domicil. The whole spring was packed with gigs. All in all, a jam-packed musical year.

Der Titel war und ist immer noch ein schöner Reaggy aus der Feder Dave, der früher mit Joe und Jean-Marc im Trio unterwegs war, bevor Reiner dazu stieß. Ich fand den relaxten Rhythmus schon seit längerer Zeit gut. Frank Skiba mischte uns mit seiner PA und ein gewisser Nick Davis war als Bühnen Mixer dabei. Mit Nick, dem Bühnenmixer und Bassisten sollte ich später noch etliche Sachen zusammen erledigen. Auch seine Freundin Gerda machte eine Zeit lang mit mir und einigen anderen Musikern Musik zusammen. Vor uns spielte damals ein Trio mit Wolfgang Bahr an der Gitarre, mit dem ich im Jahr zuvor noch mit der Band „Hot Stuff“ zusammen in der Carlshütte geprobt hatte. Während des Konzertes dachte ich, bevor wir als zweite Band spielten, wieder mehr über die vergangenen Jahre nach. Neben Amfilada Music übte ich noch mit Volker Ilgen zusammen in Eb’s Domicil. Das ganze Frühjahr war voll bestückt mit Auftritten. Ein insgesamt vollgepacktes, musikalisches Jahr.
