Oh hell. This one's up there. It's just downright chilling, and the different parts that play throughout the sequence of the game is just... very efficient. As the "melody" becomes increasingly fast, the freaking eyeball on a wall starts moving more and more rapidly and erratically. For the imagination to play out, there's also a thing crucified upside down on a wall. Dear god.
The second part of the song does things almost even better. After going through that scene... Nothing but some corpses. Yet it still frightens you. Not much is more powerful than our own imagination.
