Xur sells exotic armor pieces, one for each class (Titan, Hunter, Warlock) every week. He also sells a random exotic weapon and two exotic weapon bundles with ornament. To buy exotic armor and weapon from Xur you will need Strange Coins. To buy exotic weapon bundles you will need Strange Coins and Silver Dust.

You can also buy several other useful items from Xur for Strange Coins like Heavy Ammo Synthesis, Three of Coins, Glass Needles, Exotic Shard and Mote of Light.

Xur is in good form this week. Buying recommendation: 4/6.

Titan: No Backup Plans exotic gauntlets - Shotgun kills trigger Force Barrier and Force Barrier’s duration is increased. This is a good armor, buy it if you like to run around in the crucible with a shotgun.

Hunter: ATS/8 Arachnid exotic helmet - Golden Gun lasts longer, zooms in further when aimed. In principle it is a good exotic, however there are two better exotics for a Gunslinger hunter the Celestial Nighthawk and the Achlyophage Symbiote, so in practice it is unlikely you will ever use this one, buy it only to complete your collection.

Warlock: Obsidian Mind exotic helmet - Nova Bomb reduces the cooldown of next Nova Bomb. This is a buy if you use Voidwalker subclass a lot and love throwing Nova Bombs.

Weapon: Hereafter exotic sniper rifle - Precision kills with this weapon cause a bright flash that can blind nearby enemies. There are much better snipers than this one, buy it only to complete your collection.

Weapon Bundle: Mida Multi-Tool and Arctic Survivalist exotic scout rifle. This weapon boosts move speed and fires on a hair trigger. This is a very good scout rifle especially in the crucible. Definitely BUY it.

Weapon Bundle: Suros Regime and Basilisk’s Glory exotic auto rifle. The bottom half of each magazine deals bonus damage and has a chance to return health on kill. Suros Regime is a great allrounder, definitely buy it.
