James is an electrical engineer and he wants to get his PE license to be able to do design. Before he can take the PE exam, he first needs to pass his FE exam. So James started preparing for the FE Electrical and computer. In 2019, he failed his FE exam, but then he did some changes to his study resources and his study techniques, which helped him pass his FE electrical and computer in 2020.
