TOLGAY CONTROVERSY: EAST BENGAL IS INDICTING THE MOHUN BAGAN OFFICIALS

Описание: The East Bengal officials are all set for a meeting on Saturday to solve the Tolgay Ozbey issue and to decide the date on which they are intending to sit and have a talk with Tolgay on this issue.The East Bengal officials were fired up after their meeting with IFA regarding the schedule of the league,but they have cooled down considerably on the Tolgay issue.
East Bengal official Debabrata Sarkar says that whether Mohan Bagan can play the league or not,is not their problem and pointing out to the Mohan Bagan officials he said that if anyone wants to take Tolgay away from them,they should come along with Tolgay to their club.When asked about the cause of delay of this decision on Tolgay issue,Debabrata Sarkar criticised Mohan Bagan club only and remarked "Tolgay wore green and maroon jersey but still kept on assuring our coach that he is our player only and some loose comments made by some officials at different points of time hindered the whole process and the decision making".
Saturday the date of the meeting with Tolgay will be fixed but Debabrata Sarkar is not sure whether all the problems will be solved on that day or not.He says that "we have not said that we will release Tolgay,we will accept the request and would try to settle the issue,in that process we may or may not release him".
As it stands,Tolgay may be called by East Bengal on Monday and most probaly he will be released that day only which will facilitate him to play the first match of Mohan Bagan only.Now it can be understood why the Mohan Bagan officials were mum even after the cancellation of the last meeting between East Bengal and Tolgay.The club officials of both the clubs have negotiated and decided that East Bengal will release Tolgay and in turn Mohan Bagan will not say a word about this issue and after releasing Tolgay,East Bengal will also keep mum on this issue.
