I've been doing neurographic drawing with some of my students at school, so I thought I'd make a video for you and fill up another page in my sketchbook. Neurographic art is a form of meditation, the intention is to disengage from the worries and negative thoughts spiralling in your mind and focus only on the lines you are forming on the page. I certainly feel more peaceful after drawing this, I hope you enjoy my video and maybe feel inspired to give neurographic drawing a go!
