Kamaka Dias, a native of Hilo, Hawai'i, is the host of the "Keep It Aloha" podcast and serves as the Director of Outreach for Hawaiiverse, an online platform supporting local businesses. Growing up speaking Hawaiian and attending immersion schools, he later earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of Hawai'i at Mānoa. His diverse experiences include three years volunteering with the Peace Corps in Madagascar and a notable campaign to pay off over $53,000 in student loans by doing various odd jobs. Kamaka leverages his platform to advocate for Hawaiian culture, promote local economies, and foster cultural sensitivity and reciprocity.
