i'm really struggling to do anything remotely productive rn including reading books + simply looking after myself. i love reading but sometimes i can't find the mental energy to motivate myself and end up on my phone for an obscene amount of time... so here's a vlog of me trying to fix that by testing how to get out of a reading slump. hopefully this translates into the rest of my life too.
