Two Liberal MPs have cut short a trip to Taiwan which would have overlapped with Prime Minister Mark Carney's visit to China this week. Former Canadian ambassador to China Guy Saint-Jacques says it was the "right decision," while former national security advisor to the PM Dick Fadden calls it a "mistake."
