Onboard footage from the 3rd Race of DRS Junior Sprints GP.7 at Kartcircuit Pottendijk. P17 → P17
On September 12th, 2025, I competed in Round 7 of the Dutch Racing Series (DRS) Junior Sprints, part of the Sodi World Series (SWS) — held at the legendary Kartcircuit Pottendijk in the Netherlands.
A fast and technical 1 km outdoor track, known for its 200 m long straight and challenging corners.
📊 Race Day Summary
Race 1: Tough start — Qualified P26, finished P23/34
Race 2: Strong quali (P16) but lost ground after contact and positioning errors → P26/34
Race 3: Much better pace — P17 → P15, later relegated to P17/34 after a 3 sec penalty (this video)
Race 4: Rain hit the track — stayed consistent and avoided mistakes → P24 → P10/34
➡️ Not my best overall weekend, but solid progress in wet conditions and valuable experience gained.
