ISO 9001 2015 Clause 6 I Planning I Quality Objectives I KPIs I Planning of Change.
This Clause says that organization need to determine risks and opportunities by considering requirement of clause 4.1 and clause 4.2 i.e by considering internal and external issues mentioned in clause 4.1 and interested parties mentioned in clause 4.2 .This clause states that organization must determine its quality objectives for every functions and processes. organization shall need to define key performance indicators- KPIs and actions plan to achieve these objectives. This clause also states that organization shall do any change within organization in a proper planned manner. A complete documentation is carried out and record to be maintained while doing any change.
