They got together dozens of hospital staffers to join current and former patients, to dance and lip-sync to Sara Bareilles' hit song "Brave," which they've adopted as an anthem to inspire their young cancer patients. Their video has inspired far more than that; it's closing in on 1 million views on YouTube.
