With Jacob's (Marc Abaya) failed rescue attempt of Chloe (Jennifer Lee), Task Force Agila decides to double down on its security efforts to protect its key witness. Renato's (John Arcilla) frustrations grow with the possibility of Chloe compromising their operation. Lily's (Lorna Tolentino) efforts to fool Oscar (Rowell Santiago) on her medical condition prove fruitful. However, Diana (Angel Aquino) finally arrives at a breakthrough in her investigation on the president's beloved. Later, Cardo (Coco Martin) receives a chilling message from his worst enemy.

Driven by Bungo's (Baron Geisler) chilling message, Task Force Agila and Amir's CIDG unit rush to rescue Alex (Denise Laurel). Hoping to save their ally from further harm, the two groups bravely throw themselves into danger. At the mercy of Bungo's whims, Alex's life hangs by a thread. Meanwhile, Oscar (Rowell Santiago) is shaken to learn about Renato's (John Arcilla) survival and his connection with the Serranos. Elsewhere, Lance (KC Montero) and Jacob (Marc Abaya) are faced with a difficult decision because of the high stakes of their operation.

The members of Task Force Agila look back on Alex's (Denise Laurel) impact on each of their lives as they mourn her death. In hopes of avenging her, they use their anguish to fuel their drive to finally end Bungo's (Baron Geisler) reign of terror. Lily (Lorna Tolentino), meanwhile, grows worried with the increasingly unstable nature of Bungo. As Lazaro (Gardo Versoza) tries to assuage his partner's worries, an unexpected visitor comes crashing into his home. Elsewhere, Renato (John Arcilla) continues to keep his focus on Chloe (Jennifer Lee), believing that Bungo has dug his own grave.
