Here I visit the delightful town of Béziers on the Mediterranean coast, in the south of France, and the station in the late evening period when the temperature had dropped to a more comfortable level. This town has direct connections with major French cities including Paris, Montpellier, Perpignan, Toulouse, Avignon, and Marseille and also daily services into neighbouring Spain, such as Barcelona and even further south. On this visit I witnessed SNCF Locomotive Classes BB9600, BB9200, and SNCF BB 7200 along with a few other types. I was fortunate enough to have captured on tape a late running "Talgo" service from Montpellier - Barcelona. A couple of freight trains hurtled through the station disturbing the peace too. I do hope this video entertains and evokes old fond memories of the European Railway Scene of that era.
