Hey guys, welcome back to my channel, Nathan's exotics and more. On this channel you I will teach and show you proper animal welfare and proper husbandry through the study of herpetology.
As forward thinking reptile keepers we should always progress and strive to have the best enclosures and setup’s for our reptiles possible. Reptile keeping is all about progression and is not a one day learning experience. Us reptile keepers are constantly learning about our reptiles and they never fail to surprise us when we see how our reptiles react to what we can provide for them whilst they are living in our homes in captivity. With this to our advantage, reptiles guide us to have proper wild like husbandry and welfare which consequently, is what constitutes wild recreation.
With this in mind I go back to how and where I started my reptile keeping journey three years ago with Venom, my bearded dragon and review along with react to my past bearded dragon enclosures and setups up until now. Red heat bulbs and coil UVB bulbs to Arcadia Reptile Halogen heat bulbs, ProT5 UVB bulbs and Jungle Dawn LED bars.

15:33 Upgraded to a new 4x1.5x1.5 vivarium which the height was too low for an adequate basking spot.
16:53 Inadequate basking spot due to vivarium height being too low and Cork bark round dangerously placed.
18:00 Another picture displayed to show the inadequate basking spot.
18:42 Removed rock at the basking spot and added fake foliage which was later removed.
20:08 Upgraded to a 75w Arcadia Reptile halogen heat bulb and started to use a dimming thermostat.
21:43 Adjusted the Arcadia Reptile halogen heat bulb diagonally.
