Distortion is the Wampler Plexi Drive Deluxe into the Wampler Tape Echo into the clean channel of the Ampete ONE 100.
Shure SM 57 - micing a 12" Celestian V30, and into Pro Tools.

Guitar straight into Amp
Shure SM57 micing 4x12 loaded with Celestian V30's into Apollo Interface.
Delays added in post. Basic Avid plugin. Thats it for post prcessing.
