Ghattamaneni Gautam is a billionaire who does not know the true value of life. After facing a deep insult during a party, he decides to kill himself and crashes his car into Nanda, an upset and middle-class youth. To his shock, Gautam finds out that Nanda is his look alike and both of them start revealing their stories.

घट्टामनेनी गौतम एक अरबपति है जिसके पास सब कुछ है, लेकिन उसे जिंदगी की असली कीमत का एहसास नहीं है। एक पार्टी में गहरा अपमान होने के बाद वह आत्महत्या करने का फैसला करता है। तेज़ रफ्तार में गाड़ी चलाते हुए उसकी कार नंदा नाम के एक मध्यमवर्गीय युवक से टकरा जाती है।

सबसे चौंकाने वाली बात यह होती है कि नंदा बिल्कुल गौतम जैसा ही दिखता है। इसके बाद दोनों अपनी-अपनी जिंदगी की कहानी बताने लगते हैं और कई बड़े राज सामने आते हैं। क्या यह मुलाकात उनकी किस्मत बदल देगी?
