Ingredients
1. Pound of Goya corn kernels
2. 1 tablespoons of salt ( to add to the boiling water for the corn)
Boil corn for 1hour and 10 min
*make sure you let the corn cook down for at least 20 min before you add to the food processor *
Purée the corn for only 1 min.
*keep a little of the water you boil the corn in in case the corn start to get a little hard
*make sure to knead the corn mixture together for a few minutes before you use you rolling pin
Frist Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side to test if it crispy enough for you. I like mine extra crispy that’s why I suggested 5 minutes on each side Please try 3-4 min on each side frist!
