See Spot Run is a 2001 family comedy movie starring David Arquette as a dumb mailman who unknowingly takes in an FBI dog who is wanted by the mob. It is one of my all time favorite movies of my childhood and I love every bit of it. This scene is where Gordon gets locked out of his apartment while taking Spot out to go potty.
