Описание: 1 फरवरी को जब देश का बजट पेश होगा, उससे पहले ही केंद्रीय कर्मचारियों के लिए एक बड़ी खबर तय हो जाएगी. 31 जनवरी 2026 की शाम तक लेबर ब्यूरो दिसंबर 2025 का AICPI डेटा जारी करेगा और इसी एक आंकड़े से जनवरी 2026 का महंगाई भत्ता (DA) फाइनल हो जाएगा.
अब तक नवंबर 2025 के आंकड़ों के आधार पर DA की गणना 59.94% तक पहुंच चुकी है. यानी दिसंबर में AICPI में हल्की सी भी बढ़ोतरी होते ही DA सीधे 60% पर लॉक हो जाएगा. इसका मतलब साफ है कि जनवरी 2026 से 2% DA बढ़ना लगभग तय माना जा रहा है.
AICPI यानी All India Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers एक ऐसा इंडेक्स है, जो रोजमर्रा की चीजों—खाना, किराया, कपड़े, ईंधन—की महंगाई को दिखाता है. सरकार इसी इंडेक्स के आधार पर हर 6 महीने में कर्मचारियों और पेंशनर्स का DA तय करती है.
अब सवाल आता है—क्या 2% DA वाकई बड़ी खबर है?
जवाब है—हां. क्योंकि DA सिर्फ सैलरी नहीं बढ़ाता, बल्कि पेंशन और एरियर पर भी असर डालता है.
उदाहरण के तौर पर, अगर किसी कर्मचारी की बेसिक सैलरी ₹50,000 है, तो
58% DA पर ₹29,000 मिलते हैं,
60% DA पर ₹30,000 मिलेंगे.
यानी हर महीने ₹1,000 ज्यादा और साल में ₹12,000 का सीधा फायदा.
जनवरी 2026 का DA इसलिए भी खास है क्योंकि इसे 7वें वेतन आयोग का आखिरी अहम DA माना जा रहा है. जब 8वां वेतन आयोग आएगा, तो DA फिर से 0% से गिना जाएगा. ऐसे में 60% का आंकड़ा नई सैलरी स्ट्रक्चर की मजबूत नींव बनेगा.
सरकार आमतौर पर इसका ऐलान मार्च में करती है और होली के आसपास सैलरी में DA जोड़ दिया जाता है. यानी फायदा जनवरी से माना जाएगा, लेकिन पैसा थोड़ा बाद में आएगा.
