I made this custom sign for Sweet Aloha Designs from Baltic Birch Plywood!
This is the third custom logo sign that I have made and the first of this size. This logo unique elements that made creating this sign a fun challenge. For this project I used 1/4" thick baltic birch plywood. Using Adobe Illustrator, I created a custom sign layout using the logo. Once I had the layout of the sign, I cut the sign using an Epilog Legend 36EXT laser. After it had been cut, I painted each of the layers and assembled them together to create this unique sign!
