1 tsp of baking powder
1/4 tsp of salt
455 gr granulated sugar
455 ml of water
150 ml of oil
2 tbsp of vinegar
2 ml of rum essence
30 ml of espresso coffee(optional)

Chocolate ganache
600 gr dark chocolate
300 ml whipping cream

300 ml of milk
50 gr of sugar
1 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch
1 tbsp of cocoa powder
100 gr of dark chocolate
