Описание: I was unable to video the steep descent to Holford Combe because I needed both hands to balance and hold onto trees and branches to help steady myself.The terrain was very steep, dry and with loose stones that prevented any real grip---not the easiest route down--The sensible older folks ahead of me avoided the risks.....I do like the adventure though and have used this way many times....But once down I wander thru part of the village of Holford with its little cottages and thatched roofs and pretty flowered gardens until I reach Holford Green and the bench for my picnic----SO many memories here--school visits, visits with family and friends--childhood memories --my love of these hills was forged here as a child....
