Cortical neurons from the mouse visual cortex were recorded using a two-photon microscope. I recorded the neuronal activity of an awake neonatal mouse using a fluorescent sensor (jGCaMP8m) that increases in brightness with changes in intracellular calcium, which correlate with neuronal electrical activity. Those continuous flashes of light mean that the neurons are highly active during development. The video speed is 2x, and the field of view is 0.1 mm x 0.1 mm.
