Problem 4-14 Grubbs test

Описание: Grubbs test determines whether a questionable data point is an outlier. If Gcalc is LESS than Gtable, the point should NOT be removed. If Gcalc is GREATER than Gtable, the point is an outlier and should be removed. If a point is removed, the mean and standard deviation must be recalculated. The Grubbs test should only be used to remove ONE data point. If additional points are outliers, the entire data set likely contains a systematic error, and the data should not be trusted.
