San Antonio Mayor Gina Ortiz Jones on Tuesday issued a formal public apology over behavior in a “verbally abusive” confrontation with District 1 Councilwoman Sukh Kaur following a council meeting.
Jones spoke to reporter's gathered at City Hall during a brief press conference where she apologized for using profanity and "raising her voice."
