FL4K Arctic Anarchist Build - Infinite Grenades Cryo Spam [Maliwan Takedown Build] | Borderlands 3

Описание: Showcasing my FL4K Arctic Anarchist Build for TVHM Mayhem 3 designed for the upcoming Maliwan Takedown event, this build focuses on creating as much chaos on the battlefield as possible freezing everything in sight with Infinite Grenades, endless Cryo Rakks and insanely high damage output with skills like Interplanetary Stalker and the Power Inside. Using the Rakk Attack action skill means the Power Inside skill has constant up time which is a significant multiplicative boost to all of FL4k's methods of damage output including the Rakks and grenades!
Rakk Attack is the best action skill to take advantage of anointed effects on weapons that provide a damage buff after action skill use, making this kind of build perfect using powerful anointed legendary weapons you've been stockpiling up.
